1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DoodleMi, operated by Amino Industries LLC (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DoodleMi allows you to upload photos and create custom artwork. This includes coloring books that are printed and shipped to you, and digital products such as illustrated portrait packs that are delivered to you as an instant download. The Service includes photo upload, AI image generation, preview, and order fulfillment.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you represent that:

• You own the rights to the photos or have permission to use them.
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright or privacy rights.
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or objectionable material.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these terms.

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping within the US is free; Canada and Australia have a flat $7 shipping fee.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout.
• Once an order has been submitted for printing, it cannot be cancelled.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Books are printed and shipped to order by our printing partner. Estimated delivery is about 2–3 weeks for US orders and about 3–4 weeks for Canada and Australia, and may take longer around holidays or for US territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

6. Refunds

Because each coloring book is custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Digital products (such as our illustrated portrait packs) are custom-made from your photo and delivered instantly. Because they are personalized and available to download immediately, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable. If something looks wrong with your order, email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. The generated coloring book pages are created for your personal use. The DoodleMi name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DoodleMi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent order.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
