How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
US shipping is free and arrives in about 2 to 3 weeks (a little longer around the holidays, or for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), or choose $15 expedited at checkout for 6 to 8 business days. Canada and Australia ship for a flat $7 and take about 3 to 4 weeks. We'll email you a tracking link the moment it ships!
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes! After you upload photos and pick a theme, we generate sample pages you can preview (and regenerate once) before checkout.
Can I make a change after ordering?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't started printing yet. Email [email protected] as soon as possible and we'll update it.
What's your return and refund policy?
Because every book is custom made from your photos, we're generally unable to offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. We want you to love it, though, so if your book arrives damaged or there's a printing problem, just email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Do you offer a digital version?
Yes! You can get the Full book (22 pages) as a printable PDF for $14.99, emailed to you and ready to print at home. Or add a PDF copy to any printed book for $4.99 at checkout.
